Viki and Richard welcome you to their farmhouse gite in Arces, close to Royan in South West France. Here you will enjoy the peace of the countryside while being only 10 minutes from the nearest beaches.

We have recently completed the renovation of our lovely 18th century farm complex to create both a home for us and a spacious and comfortable gite. The original farmhouse, a Charentaise demi-longère has become the gite with 4 en suite double/twin bedrooms sleeping up to 8, living room, kitchen and private gardens. We have created our own living space alongside in the barns and farm buildings.

We are a Finnish / English couple who are happily installed here in SW France. We have lived and worked in the area for many a year and know our way around well; being close by we are here to provide you with all help and assistance to help you make the most of your stay in the beautiful Charente Maritime.
