The gite has been created from the traditional Charantaise farmhouse. The renovation retains original features including oak beams and stone fireplaces. For comfort the property is double-glazed throughout and has a geothermic underfloor heating system. There are four double/twin bedrooms - two on the ground floor, two on the first floor. Each has its own bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
There is a large light and airy living room complete with an Internet-enabled PC; there is also wireless Internet access. The salon opens via large double glass doors onto the large wooden terrace and the garden beyond. The farmhouse kitchen/diner is large and fully equipped with a walk-in larder alongside.
